Floor Plans

Gateway Green floor plans are developed around a central elevator core with three high-speed and high capacity elevators. The floors are almost entirely column-free and maintain a core-to-exterior depth in keeping with industry standards for interior enclosed offices with open work stations toward the perimeter. More than 75% of all interior areas of Gateway Green will have the ability to access daylight and views, reducing the dependence on artificial light and saving energy. Single tenancy floors can be developed without public corridor access beyond the elevator and stair core area. Floor plates range in size from 8,500 to 12,000 square feet Total Ground Floor Area to meet the varied needs of the public and private sector tenancy markets.
